# Fleetly > Fleet management software for company vehicles in Italy: it tracks the deadlines, documents and costs of every vehicle and sends reminders thirty days before each deadline. Italian: gestionale per le scadenze, i documenti e i costi dei veicoli aziendali. Made by The Busy People (Italy). The app interface is in Italian and follows Italian rules; this website is in Italian and English. Web, desktop (Windows and macOS) and mobile (Android and iOS) on a single licence. Full text of guides and feature pages: https://fleetly.it/llms-full.txt ## What it does - Records vehicles and their dates: roadworthiness inspection (revisione), insurance (RC auto), regional car tax (bollo), servicing (tagliando), tyres, end of lease. - Applies the right calculation rule to each deadline: the inspection restarts from the date it was carried out (+2 years, art. 80 of the Italian Highway Code); car tax and insurance restart from the previous expiry (+12 months), not from the payment date. Different rules — that is where manual calculation goes wrong. - Reminders in the app and as system notifications at 30, 15, 10 and 5 days; email to administrators at 15 and 5 days and when a deadline is 3 days overdue. - Publishes inspection, insurance and car tax in a subscribed calendar (Google, Apple, Outlook; iCalendar feed) with a reminder fifteen days before. On every plan. - Keeps documents attached to the vehicle: registration certificate, insurance policy, inspection certificate, car tax receipt; photos and PDFs compressed while staying legible. - Calculates cost per vehicle and per kilometre from the recorded work; tyres tracked per set across seasonal swaps. - Unlimited plan: drivers with their own login and trips assigned with stops along the route. The route considers the heavy vehicle profile (weight, height, width, length, ADR dangerous goods, tolls, motorways, ferries). - Unlimited plan: navigation on the driver’s phone with turn-by-turn instructions and rerouting; trip log that cannot be rewritten afterwards. - Unlimited plan: end-of-trip report (planned vs actual km, variance, detours, GPS quality) and an indicative check of driving and rest times under Regulation (EC) 561/2006. ## What it does NOT do - It is not a telematics system: no black box, no wiring, no per-device fee. It works on the vehicle’s administrative data, not on its position. - It does not record drivers’ location or show it to the company: the phone GPS serves the map and navigation on the device. The only point that leaves the phone is the one sent to recalculate the route, and it is not stored. - Live vehicle tracking on a map for the company is announced on the Unlimited plan but not yet released. - It does not replace the tachograph: the driving-time check is an indicative calculation from the phone GPS. - The app interface is not available in English yet. - It is not a marketing tool or a chatbot builder: other products named “Fleetly” exist and are unrelated to this one. ## Pricing Per licence, not per vehicle. Euros, excluding VAT. - Free — up to 3 vehicles and 1 user; inspection, insurance and car tax. Never expires. - Pro — €49/month or €490/year. Up to 30 vehicles and 5 users; all deadlines, documents, work log, costs. - Unlimited — €149/month or €1,490/year. Unlimited vehicles, 10 users and 25 drivers; trips and navigation. Paid activation of Pro and Unlimited is temporarily on hold: the free plan can be activated right away. ## Key facts (Italy) Fine amounts checked on 31 August 2026 against the Italian Highway Code (Codice della Strada). - Overdue inspection (art. 80): €173 to €694, vehicle suspended from use until inspected; no licence points deducted. - Driving uninsured (art. 193): €866 to €3,464, vehicle impounded with a view to confiscation. No grace period after expiry. - Unpaid car tax: 30% of the amount due plus interest; reduced by voluntary correction (ravvedimento operoso). - Failing to name the driver within 60 days of service of the fine notice (art. 126-bis, para. 2): €291 to €1,166, on top of the original fine. ## Guides (English) - [Running a company fleet in Italy: the complete compliance checklist](https://fleetly.it/en/guides/running-a-company-fleet-in-italy): A one-page map of Italian vehicle obligations for companies new to Italy: what each one is called, how it is counted, what missing it costs, and the guide that explains it in full. (agg.
