Fleetly is made by
The Busy People.
A small team building one product: software that keeps the deadlines, documents and costs of company vehicles in order — without hardware and without tracking people.
Why Fleetly exists
Most small companies with vehicles track inspection, insurance and car tax in a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet has the dates; what it lacks is the reminder, and the right rule for the next date — which differs between the inspection and the other two.
Fleetly does that one job properly: it reminds you in time, calculates each renewal by the rule that applies, and keeps documents and costs attached to the vehicle. Telematics, black boxes and live tracking are a different product; we say so plainly.
How we write and check the guides
- Every amount comes from the text of the law, not from other websites: the Italian Highway Code (Codice della Strada) as published by ACI and in the Official Journal (Gazzetta Ufficiale), regional rules for car tax, Agenzia delle Entrate for tax matters, EU regulations on EUR-Lex.
- Every guide shows the date it was last checked. When the law changes we update the text and that date — never the date alone.
- Where a rule depends on the region, the vehicle or the contract, the guide says so instead of giving one number that is only true sometimes.
- The guides explain rules; they are not legal or tax advice. For a specific case, ask a professional.
Fine amounts on the home page last checked on 31 August 2026.
