1. Who provides the service
Fleetly is a service provided by DNL Group. For any communication: info@fleetly.it.
2. What the service does, and what it does not
Fleetly is a tool to record the administrative data of a fleet’s vehicles and receive reminders about the deadlines entered. It calculates renewal dates according to the rules described in the product and in the guides on this site.
Fleetly does not replace checking official sources and is not legal or tax advice. Reminders are based on the data you enter: if a date is entered wrongly or not entered, no reminder arrives. Responsibility for keeping the vehicle compliant remains with the vehicle’s owner.
3. Plans and limits
The service is offered in three plans, with the limits shown on the pricing and comparison pages. Vehicle and user limits are enforced by the server and cannot be exceeded.
The Free plan is free of charge, has no expiry and is limited to one free plan per Google account. The Pro and Unlimited plans are subscription-based, currently 49 € and 149 € per month excluding VAT, per licence and not per vehicle.
Features marked “coming soon” are not yet available: they are announced for information only and are not a commitment on release dates.
4. The licence is the key to the fleet
Data is accessed through a licence code, shared by all users of the same fleet within the plan limit. The code is a secret: anyone who obtains it and has a Google account can join the fleet while there are free seats. Keeping it as safe as a password is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Term, renewal and expiry
The periods available are one month or one year. Renewal adds to the remaining time: renewing early loses none of the remaining days.
On expiry the licence becomes read-only: data stays fully viewable, but it cannot be edited and documents cannot be uploaded until renewal. Deleting data remains possible on an expired licence. The customer is notified thirty days before expiry.
6. Changing plan
Moving to a higher plan keeps all data already entered and makes the extra features available. Moving to a lower plan does not delete data, but features not included in the new plan stop being editable.
7. Your data is yours
Fleet data entered in the service remains the customer’s. We do not use it for purposes other than providing the service and do not hand it over to third parties. Processing is described in the privacy notice.
8. Fair use
Document storage is sized for the intended use (vehicle documents) and may not be used as a general archive or hosting service. Attempting to circumvent plan limits or to access fleets one is not authorised to access is forbidden.
9. Activation and invoicing
At this stage, paid plans are activated on request: once we receive the details, we issue the invoice and send the licence code. When card payment goes live, this section will be updated together with the withdrawal terms that apply to distance contracts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. Material changes will be communicated to active customers with reasonable notice.
