DEADLINE TRACKER

A fleet deadline tracker that works out each renewal for you.

Inspection, insurance, car tax and servicing for the whole fleet in one list. Mark it “paid” and the next date is worked out by the right rule, not by you.

AVAILABLE ONInspection, insurance and car tax on every plan, Free included. Servicing from Pro.

HOW IT WORKS

What it does, point by point.

Each deadline with its own rule

The roadworthiness inspection (revisione) restarts from the date it was carried out: +2 years, as set by art. 80 of the Italian Highway Code. Car tax (bollo) and insurance restart from the previous expiry, not from the day you pay: paying late does not move the anniversary. Two different rules — exactly where a spreadsheet goes wrong.

Car tax that ends with the month

A twelve-month renewal lands on the last day of the target month: a 31 March car tax becomes 31 March the following year, and a 31st that does not exist becomes the 30th. A detail, until it is the day of the fine.

Reminders when they are useful

In-app and system notifications at 30, 15, 10 and 5 days, and an email to the administrator at 15 and 5 days and when a deadline has been overdue for three days with no renewal. Open the app at 12 days and you get the second reminder, not the first and second at once.

“Paid” in one tap

The tick next to a deadline proposes the new date already calculated, the amount and the receipt. Everything is saved together: the date on the vehicle, the expense in the log, the receipt in the documents.

LIMITS

What it does not do.

Stated before you sign up, not discovered after.

  • Dates are entered by hand or updated with the “paid” button: Fleetly does not read deadlines from public registers.
  • Servicing follows the date you set: intervals depend on the manufacturer and the service book.
  • The app interface is in Italian.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions.

How is a deadline tracker different from a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet stores dates but does not warn you or calculate renewals. Fleetly sends reminders before each deadline and, when you record a payment, moves the date with the right rule for that deadline: two years from the test for the inspection, twelve months from the previous expiry for car tax and insurance.

Is the deadline tracker free?

Inspection, insurance and car tax are included in the Free plan, for up to three vehicles and with no expiry. Servicing, documents and costs come with Pro.

Is the app available in English?

Not yet: the application interface is in Italian. Deadline names match the words on Italian documents (revisione, assicurazione, bollo, tagliando), which this site explains in its English guides.
